What is a Blind Box?
1. Each blind box is individually sealed in confidential packaging, and its contents remain unknown until it is opened. The assortment within each blind box series may vary depending on the product line. A blind box may contain a standard edition or a secret edition. Secret editions are rarer than standard editions.
2. If your full set of blind boxes includes a secret edition, one standard edition will be replaced by the secret edition.

2. Defects
(1) Limited-edition products are not eligible for exchanges. If you discover a significant defect, please contact online@keeply.hk within fifteen (15) days of receiving the product. Please provide your order number and an unboxing video of the item.
(2) For information security purposes, please contact us using the email address associated with your order. Our customer support representative will get in touch with you to assist with your issue.
(3) To avoid disputes regarding returns or exchanges, customers are strongly encouraged to record an unboxing video. The video must be recorded within two (2) days of delivery and should clearly show the shipping label, condition of the packaging, and any defects found on the product.
